Industrial + small-bay snapshot
Minneapolis–St. Paul–Bloomington
The Metropolitan Council annual census supplies an authority-stated industrial classification across every city and township in the seven-county core. It resolves 349 new/addition permit rows to 327 projects and avoids double-counting the separate Minneapolis and St. Paul feeds. The six outer Minnesota and two Wisconsin CBSA counties are outside this count, and 2026 is not yet published. Existing detailed Supply retains 39 leads and Demand retains 83 signals as separate, nonadditive views.
Accounting: Project counts are reviewed project identities, not raw permit rows or necessarily the live pipeline. Building area and value are shown only when the source or reviewed description supports them.
