The Manatee County row shows 69 reviewed industrial permit identities and 47 current projects, plus eight completions in the last 24 months and 14 older completions; all 69 are mapped. Industrial classification comes from Manatee County's own LM/PD-I zoning and IL/IH/IU future-land-use polygons, plus named industrial or business parks. The active-permit feed does not publish work descriptions, construction scope, building SF, valuation, or enough morphology for a small-bay classification; it may also omit permits closed before the snapshot. Sarasota County, Bradenton, North Port, Sarasota city, Venice, Palmetto, and other municipal lanes are unmeasured rather than zero. Existing Supply retains 31 tracked leads and Demand retains 38 signals, including 47,681 explicitly stated future housing units, as separate nonadditive layers.
