Columbus has no published metro project count because only the City of Columbus and City of Dublin produced usable permit corpora among 255 authorities. Their authority rows contain 314 reviewed and 97 live projects and must not be generalized to the rest of the metro. Census geocoding now maps 233 counted projects; another 497 mapped land-only candidates remain excluded. The two-authority subset publishes 12.45M SF and $1.449B in stated value, but neither is a metro total. Existing Supply and Demand artifacts remain separate and nonadditive.
